What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-40 in St Francis County, AR on December 7th, 2021. Reports place the accident happening around 8:44 a.m and say it involved a Mack truck and tractor-trailer. The Mack truck, operated by 44-year-old Jennifer Dysart was reportedly traveling at a lower rate of speed while entering a right lane of traffic on I-40. The tractor-trailer, operated by 59-year-old Charles Hutton, which was moving faster than the Mack truck, collided with the rear of the truck before ending up in a ditch. Hutton's passenger, 69-year-old Bonnie Hutton, was killed in the crash while he suffered undisclosed injuries. Dysart also suffered undisclosed injuries. Police had no additional details to offer.
