State Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-55 in Mississippi County, AR on July 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:34 p.m. Investigators say a Nissan Sentra operated by 27-year-old Brittany Shanice Woodson was reportedly attempting to change lanes to avoid colliding with vehicles stopped in traffic before it lost control. Police say the vehicle overcorrected and struck the rear of the truck. Woodson suffered fatal injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
