What Happened

Officials are investigating a crash that killed one person on State Highway 13 in Humnoke, AR, on January 2, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 9:55 a.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck traveling southbound had stopped, and its operator was allegedly outside the vehicle working to fill a pothole in the roadway. While doing so, an approaching Toyota collided with both the truck operator and the rear of the truck. The truck operator, identified as 39-year-old Charles Glover, was fatally injured. The driver of the Toyota, identified as 88-year-old David Snowden, sustained undisclosed injuries. Authorities did not have any additional information available.
