State Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-30 in Hot Spring, AR on June 8th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:30 p.m. in heavy rain weather conditions. Several vehicles were involved in a multi-vehicle crash that occurred under unclear circumstances. 82-year-old Horace Butcher and 52-year-old Anthony Peoples were killed.
