State Police have information on a crash that killed a man at Red Wolf Blvd in Jonesboro, AR on June 22nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:40 a.m. Investigators say 72-year-old Jerry Lynn Kifer was traveling via wheelchair on a sidewalk before allegedly entering onto the roadway. Police believe Kifer may have stopped ahead of a northbound semi-truck truck before he was struck by the vehicle. The collision left Kifer with fatal injuries.
