Arkansas State Police are investigating a crash that killed three people at I-430 in North Little Rock, AR on August 14th, 2022. Police say the incident involved a Mitsubishi and commercial truck. Investigators say two people were assisting a third individual at the scene of a disabled vehicle prior to the collision around 2:46 a.m. 53-year-old Kenneth R Scott, 34-year-old Takoiya C Flowers and 52-year-old Gary T.
