What Happened

Drew County Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at US Hwy 425 in Drew County, AR on February 4th, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 10:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 was parking in a southbound shoulder is alleged to have been struck by a tractor-trailer headed southbound. Officials say following this collision, the truck struck a nearby Toyota Tacoma and Chrysler 300 already parked in the shoulder. Officials say 27-year-old Lacey Reed, a passenger in the Ford, was hospitalized with injuries she died from. Officials did not provide any additional information available.
