State Police are investigating a crash that killed one person at Eastline Rd near Searcy, AR on April 21st, 2023. Police are saying the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 operated by 68-year-old Ronald Vest was headed westbound before it was struck by a semi-truck at the intersection with Wilbur Mills Ave. Police allege the semi-truck, operated by 23-year-old Darren Murdock, failed to stop at a posted stop sign prior to the collision.
