State Police have information on a crash that killed a driver at I-55 in West Memphis, AR on June 7th, 2023. Police believed it happened around 11:59 a.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac CTS occupied by 40-year-old Shameicka Prince was involved in a rear-end collision with a tractor-trailer in the southbound lanes. Police were not able to say how or why the Cadillac collided with the rear of the truck. They say the impact caused the truck to strike a Dodge Ram, however neither driver was injured. Prince suffered fatal injuries in the collision. At this time, additional is not available.
