What Happened

California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that led to a fatality at I-405 in North Hills, CA on February 19th, 2022. They say the incident happened around 10:10 a.m. and involved a semi-truck and as many as three other vehicles colliding near the Nordhoff St off-ramp. Investigators were not able to say what caused the crash by did confirm the death of a man at the scene. One other person involved reportedly refused medical transport.
