California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at State Route 65 in Tulare County, CA on August 6th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. A box truck was suffering tire failure when it struck a guardrail and came to a stop. An oncoming GMC and Honda collided under circumstances. The 21-year-old Honda driver died at the scene. A 23-year-old passenger and 23-year-old driver were both hospitalized with major injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
