California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a collision that injured a person at Stoddard Wells Rd in Victorville, CA on January 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2 p.m. A passenger sedan is said to have collided with the rear of a semi-truck parked in a shoulder as the driver was changing a flat tire.
