What Happened

California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at North Sierra Hwy and East Ave N in Los Angeles County, CA on September 1st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:20 p.m. According to authorities, a semi-truck was involved in a collision with a passenger vehicle that occurred under unclear circumstances. The truck reportedly ended up on to of the passenger car and one person involved died at the scene. A second individual was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
