Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at Lennon Way in San Jose, CA on May 5th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8 a.m. Investigators are saying a work truck was reportedly reversing into the driveway of a home under construction when it struck a BMW parked behind the truck. It also struck a pedestrian, pinning them between the truck and car. The pedestrian, an unidentified man, was taken to an area hospital with injuries he died from. The driver of the truck reportedly displayed no signs of impairment. Additional information was not immediately available.
