California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured three people at I-5 near Hwy 41 in Kings County, CA on June 15th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:10 p.m. According to investigators, a southbound Audi sedan reportedly made an unsafe turn before colliding with the side of a tractor-trailer. It then lost control, overturning. The tractor-trailer went down an embankment before traveling into a ravine. The driver of the Audi reportedly exited from car and was struck by a box truck, which did not render aid or remain at the scene. The driver and passenger of the Audi and driver of the tractor-trailer were hospitalized with injuries.
