Police say the incident happened around 6 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda SUV is said to have collided with a tractor-trailer under unclear circumstances. Police say a tractor being towed by a tractor-trailer struck an overpass to create the collision, which left a woman in the Honda, identified as Megan Mirella Arneson, with fatal injuries.
