Maximilien Harper Killed in Accident at Old Hill Rd in Westport, CT

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a teen at Old Hill Rd in Westport, CT on September 11th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3:19 p.m. According to investigators, a dirt bike headed southbound on Old Hill Rd was involved in a collision with a northbound dump truck. A possible cause for the collision was not stated, however, reports say the dump truck veered from the road and collided with several trees before overturning following the collision. That driver, who was not publicly identified, was hospitalized with minor injuries, source say. The dirt bike operator, identified as 18-year-old Maximilien Harper, was fatally injured. Authorities did not yet have any additional information available.
