State Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at Route 5 and Chapel Rd in South Windsor, CT on May 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 7 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by 60-year-old Norman Poulin, was involved in a collision with a tractor-trailer under unclear circumstances.
