State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Route 30 in Bridgeville, DE on April 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:37 p.m. Investigators allege a northbound tractor-trailer allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and continued into the intersection with Federalsburg Rd. Upon doing so, it was struck by a Chrysler minivan headed westbound. The van traveled under the truck, causing fatal injuries to 59-year-old man driver, Joe White. His 67-year-old passenger was hospitalized in critical condition. The truck driver was reportedly unharmed in the crash. Additional details have not been made available.
