What Happened

Delaware State Police are investigating a collision that killed a man at Ross Station Rd and Herring Run Rd in Seaford, DE on April 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:30 a.m. The investigation revealed a tractor-trailer approached the intersection and collided with a Nissan Frontier that pulled into the path of the tractor-trailer. The driver of the Nissan was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. The other driver was treated for minor injuries and later released.
