Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed one person at I-75 in White Springs, FL on February 5th, 2024. Police say the incident happened near the County Rd 136 overpass. reports say the lifted portion of a box truck stuck and became trapped under an overpass. A northbound Ford Bronco is said to have struck the lifted portion of the truck, the collision seriously injuring both driver and passenger. The passenger, who was not publicly identified, later died from their injuries. The driver of the box truck was allegedly uninjured. Additional information was not available.
