Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a collision that killed a man at Florida Turnpike and SW 216th St in Miami-Dade, FL on September 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. A pickup truck reportedly became disabled and pulled into a shoulder. The driver reportedly exited the truck and walked into the roadway to flag down assistance when he was struck by a box truck.
