What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-95 in Flagler County, FL on November 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11 p.m. A motorcycle and tractor-trailer collided under unclear circumstances, ejecting the cyclist from the bike on impact. Police say the cyclist may have been struck by multiple vehicles once they landed in the road and that the cyclist suffered fatal injuries.
