Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-4 in Tampa, FL on November 1st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1 a.m. Investigators believe a vehicle was traveling below the posted speed limit as a tractor-trailer approached. The tractor-trailer is said to have attempted to pass the vehicle but struck the vehicle, the impact causing it to veer into a shoulder. The truck also went into the shoulder and overturned.
