Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed one person at Kings Hwy and Aurin Grade in Desoto County, FL on June 14th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:25 a.m. According to investigators, a two truck's trailer is said to have come detached, veering into southbound lanes. It then went into the path of an SUV, creating a multi-vehicle crash. The driver of the SUV died at the scene. One driver involved was seriously injured while others involved had minor injuries.
