Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a collision that killed a pedestrian at I-95 in Volusia County, FL on February 22nd, 2022. They say the incident happened around 2 a.m. An unidentified 28-year-old male was reportedly involved in a previous collision and exited his vehicle. Investigators say as he was attempting to cross the northbound lanes of the interstate, he was struck by the front of a semi-truck. The man suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
