What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at Paul Starr Dr and Copter Rd in Escambia County, FL on July 15th, 2021. Police say the incident involved a van operated by a 55-year-old male attempting a left turn in Paul Star Dr. It then collided with a dump truck which was sent head-on into a Jeep Wrangler operated by an 18-year-old female. The Jeep overturned and the dump truck continued forward into a traffic barrier and building. The drivers of the van and Jeep were hospitalized with minor injuries.
