What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed two people at Hwy 20 and Cowford Rd in Walton County, FL on July 1st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:30 p.m. According to investigators, a westbound pickup truck is said to have veered into the lane of another truck before both collided. One driver died at the scene while a second driver was taken to an area hospital and also later died.
