Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-295 in Jacksonville, FL on February 9th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10:41 a.m. Reports say a semi-truck left the roadway before veering down and embankment and crashing into railroad tracks. The driver, a 61-year-old Willis, TX man, was taken to an area hospital for treatment of injuries he later died from. Authorities did not have any additional information available.
