Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Duval Rd in Jacksonville, FL on September 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. A semi-truck was attempting to make a u-tun on Duval when it blocked all travel lanes while doing so. A Toyota Corolla operated by a 24-year-old woman collided with and traveled underneath the truck. The car went over a grass shoulder and into a tree, causing the woman fatal injuries. The truck driver was not injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
