What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a woman at US Hwy 1 and Regalo Rd in St Johns County, FL on February 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. According to police, a semi-truck is said to have began to make a wide u-turn at the intersection and was blocking two lanes of travel. Police say a passenger vehicle behind the vehicle attempted to move right before colliding with the truck and the 23-year-old woman driving suffered fatal injuries.
