What Happened

Area authorities are investigating an incident that killed a man at Hickory Lakeside in Forsyth County, GA on July 11th, 2021. Police say that 49-year-old Brian Cook was cleaning a pump truck after pouring concrete for a home under construction. An air pocket formed in the pump which created enough force to push Crook onto the road. He was then struck by a passing dump truck, suffering fatal injuries at the scene.
