What Happened

Georgia State Patrol officials are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that killed a person at I-85 in Fairburn, GA on December 9th, 2021. Police say the incident happened as multiple vehicles were either stopped or coming to a stop due to traffic congestion. That is when, according investigators, a tractor-trailer failed to control its speed and collided with several vehicles.
