Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Fletcher St and Ira St in Atlanta, GA on June 29th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10 a.m. A teen and 9-year-old were riding en electric scooter that was crossing an intersection when it was struck by a utility truck. The teen and child were both hospitalized with serious injuries. Police say the driver of the truck remained at the scene and that no charges are expected to be filed.
