Atlanta Police are investigating a collision that injured two people at West Peachtree St and 14th St in Atlanta, GA on April 30th, 2022. They say the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. Investigators say 15 people were aboard an electric pedal bike as part of a pedal pub tour. The bike at some point lost control and overturned and police allege the operator, 28-year-old James Anthony Johnson was under the influence of alcohol at the time and was issued a DUI charge. Two people involved were hospitalized in critical condition and three others had less severe injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
