What Happened

Illinois State Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-57 in Iroquois County, IL on June 4th, 2022. Police say the incident involved a semi-truck operated by 50-year-old William Hutchens colliding with a second large truck that was slowing to merge into a right shoulder.
