Illinois State Police are investigating a crash that killed one person involved at Route 31 near Miller Rd in Kane County, IL on October 29th, 2024. Officials say the incident happened around 7:39 a.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck headed eastbound on Miller Rd is alleged to have failed to stop for a stop sign before colliding with a second semi-truck.
