Police say the incident happened around 12:42 p.m. A semi-truck entering a construction zone failed to slow to traffic and collided with the rear of an SUV, pushing the SUV into the sedan in front of it. The semi-truck overturned and the driver was hospitalized with serious injuries, who later died. The passengers and drivers of the other vehicles were hospitalized with minor injuries.
