State Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at South Ashland Ave in Chicago, IL on November 14th, 2021. Police say it happened just after 9 p.m. A U-Haul truck headed south is said to have run a red light and collided with Chevrolet Avalanche. A 26-year-old male passenger in the U-Haul was hospitalized with serious injuries that he died from. The driver of the U-Haul suffered a broken leg while another passenger was hospitalized with a fractured pelvis. The woman driving eh Chevrolet was hospitalized in critical condition while a 37-year-old passenger was also hospitalized in critical condition.
