What Happened

Geneva Police are working to gather more information regarding a crash that killed two women at Kirk Rd and Fabyan Pkwy in Geneva, IL on October 29th, 2022. Police are saying it involved three vehicles and happened around 12:45 a.m. According to their investigators, a Dodge Charger headed westbound on Fabyan Parkway is alleged to have run a red light at the intersection with Kirk Road. It struck a southbound Hyundai Santa Fe, forcing the Charger into a tow truck in a turn lane. The driver of the Dodge and a passenger, two unnamed women, were killed in the crash. The driver of the Hyundai and driver of the two truck were both hospitalized. Additional information was not yet available.
