What Happened

State Police arrested a driver in connection with a collision that killed one person at State Rd 37 in Perry County, IN on May 11th, 2023. Police say it happened around 9 p.m. According to investigators, a scooter was struck by a truck-trailer combo under unclear circumstances. Following the collision, police allege the truck, allegedly operated by Blake Hensley, did not come to a stop to render aid or to call authorities.
