State Police identified a person injured in a four vehicle crash at Indiana Toll Rd in Elkhart County, IN on November 2nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. A semi-truck towing livestock reportedly failed to control its speed in slowing traffic and collided with the rear of a Dodge ram and Volvo. The driver of the Dodge, 22-year-old Baiysh Dolonbaev, was hospitalized with serious injuries. The semi-truck driver was hospitalized with minor injuries. Additional information was not available.
