Indiana State Police have identified the person killed in a crash at US 33 in Allen County, IN on June 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5 a.m. According to investigators, an SUV and passenger car were involved in a collision as the SUV was turning into the path of the other vehicle. The drivers are said to have exited their vehicles to check on the other and exchange information when one of the drivers was struck by a passing tanker truck.
