Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-265 at Jeffersonville, IN on September 1st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:45 p.m. A tractor-trailer headed west on 264 was approaching an on ramp as a motorcycle operated by 52-year-old John Billman was also beginning to merge. The truck struck the motorcycle and Billman suffered fatal injuries. Police say drugs and alcohol did not play a part in the crash. Additional information was not available.
