What Happened

Indiana State Police are investigating a crash that injured two people at I-65 in Austin, IN on April 23rd, 2024. Police say the incident involved three semi-trucks. Reports allege one of the truck failed to slow to a stop as a second truck was slowing for traffic near a construction zone. The driver of the second truck and third truc involved were fatally injured, reports say. They were later identified as 55-year-old Julianne Reid 38-year-old  Damion Calvin were killed in a crash.  Additional information was not immediately available.
