What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that injured at least one person at  Dan Jones Rd in Avon, IN on March 2nd, 2022. Police say the incident involved a school bus for Avon High School colliding with a passenger car head-on around 3:30 p.m. The driver of the passenger car hospitalized with serious injuries. Another occupant of the car was also hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. There were no injuries reported for the 30 students aboard the bus or its driver.
