Indiana State Police are investigating a collision that killed a person at State Rd 67 in Owen County, IN on August 12th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4 p.m. A School bus carrying 12 students was headed northbound when it came across a car driving erratically. The bus attempted evasive action into a shoulder before it collided head-on with the car. The driver of the car suffered fatal injuries. Nine of the students were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The bus driver also was hospitalized for treatment. Additional information was not immediately available.
