What Happened

Warsaw Police are investigating a collision that injured a driver at US 30 and SR 15 in Warsaw, IN on June 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:47 a.m. and involved a pair of semi-trucks colliding under unclear circumstances. Investigators suspect a semi-truck operated by 52-year-old Rafael Woods was involved in a rear-end collision with a second truck operated by 52-year-old Lloyd Feltner.  Woods was extricated from the truck and hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
