State Police are investigating a crash that injured two people at Indiana Toll Rd near Elkhart, IN on June 23rd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:10 p.m. and involved two semi-trucks and an SUV. Imvestiators allege one of the trucks failed to slow in a construction zone before colliding with the rear of an SUV. The SUV was pushed aside into a nearby guardrail before the semi-truck continued into the rear of a second semi-truck. The driver of the SUV and one of the other drivers had suspected non-life-threatening injuries and were hospitalized for treatment. The third driver was reportedly uninjured.
