Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured one person involved at Hwy 3 in Plymouth County, IA on January 9th, 2024. Police are saying the incident occurred at the intersection of Hwy 3 and K4 and involved a pair of semi-trucks. One, reports say, was southbound on K42 before allegedly failing to yield at the intersection and colliding with the second, westbound semi-truck at Hwy 3. The two vehicles collided at the intersection, officials stated, and entered into a ditch. One driver, identified as 48-year-old Aaron Manley, was extricated from the vehicle and hospitalized with suspected non-life-threatening injured.
